As is its custom, the presenter will offer four concerts in its “Great Artist Guitar Series” and a pair of “Special Performances.” All concerts are given on Saturday nights; the “Great Artists” perform at the Ethical Society, while the specials will take place at the Sheldon Concert Hall and 560 Music Center.

The season opens Oct. 1 with the Franco-Spanish guitarist Thibaut Garcia, the 22-year-old first-prize winner of five international competitions (so far) in four countries.

All 2016-7 performers will give a master class featuring area guitar students in conjunction with their appearances.

Admission: Prices vary depending on performers presenting, but they range between $22 to $40.
