- Spread awareness of the St. Louis Mosaic Project
- Encourage associates to become Mosaic Ambassadors
- Participate in volunteer opportunities that support international communities
- Sponsor at least one employee toward an H1-B visa or similar visa
- Post select jobs on Mosaic website
- Present at Mosaic's monthly program, STL 101
- Host a Mosaic event at the HOK office in downtown St. Louis
