Korean Cooking Class (password is Mosaic072820!) – Bomi Park, Assistant Project Manager at St. Louis Mosaic Project, demonstrates how to make bulgogi. Bulgogi, literally “fire meat”, marinated slices of beef or pork grilled on a barbecue or on a stove-top griddle. It is also often stir-fried in a pan in home cooking.
