Episode 1: Foreigners in their Own Land (1565-1880) Screening and Discussion
The Springfield-Greene County Library District invites you to view Episode 1 of the landmark PBS documentary Latino Americans: 500 Years of History. After the 54-minute Foreigners in their Own Land (1565-1880) concludes, Dr. John Chuchiak, Professor of Colonial Latin American History at Missouri State University will serve as a discussion leader for a scholarly discussion and Q&A with the audience.
