Parkway School District Action Items:

• Offer programs that reflect their welcome and appreciation for international families
• Provide culturally diverse courses
• Have diverse selection of books that are about many different cultures and also in different languages 
• Have staff representations in Diversity in Action committee(internal) Global Competencies District Cohort (external)
• Partner with organizations like the St. Louis County Library and the International Institute of St. Louis to widen their international education outside the classroom
• Offer student exchange student programs and service learning projects
• Distribute resources for international families
