Square, Inc. creates tools that help sellers start, run, and grow their businesses. Square’s purpose is economic empowerment, and as a company co-founded by St. Louis natives with a strong and growing St. Louis presence.
As a Gold level member, Square Inc. will complete at least three of the following action items in addition to sponsoring at least one employee toward an H1-B visa or similar visa sponsorship:
- Continue to support and sponsor a wide array of Employee Resource Groups (EGRs) through our Diversity and Inclusion program that support underrepresented populations such as ethnic minorities.
- Sponsoring visas on behalf of foreign-born talent
- Through local and national marketing direct engagement with organizations supporting Immigrants, such as the I am an Immigrant project [www.iamanimmigrant.com]
- Supporting entrepreneurship by participating in the U.S. National Chamber of Commerce and other chambers like Professional Associations like Latino Tax Professionals and the National Association of Latino and Hispanic Real Estate Professionals
- Sponsoring the US Small Business Administration and its projects like America’s Small Business Development Centers, and America's Women’s Business Centers
- Share Mosaic flyers to spread awareness of the Mosaic Project
- Encourage employees to become Mosaic Ambassadors
