ArchTek Industries’ effort to wipe away community’s health concerns expands to joining the St. Louis Mosaic Project network
St. Louis Mosaic Project is delighted to add ArchTek Industries in the Mosaic Ambassador Company network. Mosaic Ambassador Companies promote diversity and inclusion in the work place and place value in creating a more internationally welcoming work environment.
ArchTek Industries is a St. Louis based manufacturer’s agent that specializes in manufacturing and distribution of baby wipes, antibacterial wipes and over-the-counter medicine. Bulut Kartal, the President of ArchTek Industries, and Erdogan Tugluer, the Vice President are Turkish immigrants who are committed to building a healthy community; and they continue their efforts in making donations through their brand Whitney Wipes to community organizations and causes such as the St. Louis Crisis Nursery.
The associates at ArchTek Industries are already involved in Mosaic programs to connect international women with the larger St. Louis community, through the International Mentoring Program and the St. Louis International Spouses Meetup group. Moreover, ArchTek Industries will post select jobs on websites of St. Louis Mosaic Project or its partners and support the Mosaic Professional Connector Program by providing foreign born work-authorized candidates networking opportunities. ArchTek Industries associates will promote Mosaic events and share the mission to drive regional economic prosperity through immigration and innovation by encouraging its associates to become Mosaic Ambassadors as individuals.
About the St. Louis Mosaic Project
The St. Louis Mosaic Project was launched in 2012 in response to an economic impact report, outlining St. Louis to be lagging in immigrant growth as well as highlighting the economic benefits of increasing its foreign-born population. The Mosaic Project is a regional initiative that is professionally managed by St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, World Trade Center St. Louis and a 32-member committee. Its goal is to transform St. Louis into the fastest growing major metropolitan area for immigration by 2025, to add 25,000 more foreign born to the region from 2016-2025 and to promote regional prosperity through immigration and innovation.
