PGAV Joins Mosaic Ambassador Company Program

PGAV Named 55th Mosaic Ambassador as Company Continues to Grow Global Team in Designing Attractions, Exhibits, and Experiences

St. Louis Mosaic Project recognizes PGAV’s ongoing commitment to promoting regional prosperity through innovation, inclusion, and immigration.

PGAV, a team of sculptors, designers, architects, artists, and strategists devoted to something bigger than experiences alone, has been named the St. Louis Mosaic Project’s 55th Mosaic Ambassador Company. As the brilliant minds working with clients such as the St. Louis Aquarium, St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame & Museum, National Geographic, and many others, PGAV seeks to be at the forefront of innovation by diversifying its workforce.

As a Mosaic Ambassador Company, PGAV commits to valuing and maintaining an internationally welcoming work environment. The company plans to engage the Mosaic Project’s network of global talent for recruitment opportunities to expand its talent pool. It will also continue to support the growing international community in St. Louis by highlighting stories of its immigrant and international associates on the Mosaic website. PGAV will also spread awareness of the St. Louis Mosaic Project, encourage associates to become Mosaic Ambassadors, support the region’s ethnic Chambers of Commerce, and host opportunities for international students.

Located at 200 North Broadway Suite #1000, PGAV has earned hundreds of awards since 1990. The most recent award earned in 2023 was the Outstanding Achievement: Indoor Marine Park from the THEA Awards for SeaWorld Yas Island. In July of 2023, PGAV hired a new global talent acquisition specialist to “highlight PGAV’s commitment to attracting top-tier talent and further strengthen their position as a leading employer in the industry.”

“Our team members come from a broad range of disciplines and backgrounds. As we continue to seek exceptional talent in administration, design and architecture, we couldn’t think of a better partner than the St. Louis Mosaic Project that can help us tap into the internationally trained job-seeker pool,” said Mike Konzen, PGAV CEO.
