Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) Becomes the Latest Gold Mosaic Ambassador Company
St. Louis Mosaic Project is pleased to announce Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) as the latest Mosaic Ambassador Company. Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (NYSE: RGA) is one of the largest global life and health reinsurance companies. With headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, RGA supports clients and partners around the world through innovative approaches and customized solutions.
Mosaic Ambassador Companies at the Gold Level engage in action items that promote diversity and inclusion in the work place. Companies at the Gold Level agree to spread awareness of the St. Louis Mosaic Project, encourage associates to become Mosaic Ambassadors, and participate in volunteer opportunities that support international communities. Additionally, Gold Companies sponsor at least one employee toward an H1-B visa or similar visa sponsorship.

- RGA Executive representation on the Mosaic Steering Committee
- Continue to build a respectful and inclusive workplace that attracts and retains a talented workforce broadly representative of the diverse geographies we serve
- As part of their hiring strategy RGA supports internal mobility for both assignments and permanent roles
- RGA looks to hire the best talent available on the market. To this end, RGA supports the sponsorship of appropriate work visas to ensure they are able to attract and retain talent
- RGA supports the obtainment of permanent residency for individuals who require to stay long-term in the US in order to retain talent and provide continuity to their business
- RGA is involved and supportive of diverse groups and organizations such as FOCUS St. Louis
About the St. Louis Mosaic Project
The St. Louis Mosaic Project was launched in 2012 in response to an economic impact report that showed St. Louis was lagging in immigrant growth and highlighted the potential economic benefits of increasing its foreign-born population. The Mosaic Project is a regional initiative that is professionally managed by St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, World Trade Center and a 27-member committee. Its goal is to transform St. Louis into the fastest growing major metropolitan area for immigration by 2020 and promote regional prosperity through immigration and innovation.
